Duty and Responsibility

The Center for Educational Innovation and Technology has an organizational structure consisting of 7 divisions as follows:

1. General Administration Division

Responsible for administrative and correspondence, personnel, planning and budgeting, follow-up, and performance reports, finance and supplies, public relations, and publication of documents, textbooks, teaching aids, and other types of publications, as well as coordinating services and meetings, divided into 4 tasks:

1. Administrative
2. Finance and supplies
3. Planning and budget
4. Coordination and service

2. Educational Media Research and Development Division

Responsible for planning, designing, and development of educaational materials. Control coordination supervising the production of each type of media. Carry out performance testing and evaluation of produced media. Study and research to develop quality media. Provide training and give advice on the production and use of educational media, and disseminate results and knowledge on educational technology. Gather and create a database of educational media. System development and management of the knowledge base, including knowledge identification, selection, collection, and knowledge storage system. Access to information to create knowledge exchange and development of teaching and learning systems through the network. To prepare for teaching and learning and provide teaching and learning services through the network. as well as conducting educational quality assurance of the agency, divided into 4 tasks, namely

1. Organization and design of educational media
2. Research and evaluation of educational materials
3. Service and dissemination of educational media
4. Knowledge Base Management

3. Computer Media Production Division

Responsible for planning, preparing, and producing computer media in both online and offline formats. teaching support Academic services, training, and activities of the university such as the production of computer lesson media production of mixed media, motion picture production, production of graphics to compose television programs, videos, and accompanying print media, including providing advanced practice services for course students. Information science is divided into 3 tasks:

1. Computer lesson media production
2. Production of mixed media
3. Production of graphic media

4. Audio-visual Media Production Division

It plans, prepares, and produces audio-visual media to support teaching and learning. Academic services and university activities such as television production, video production, sound program production including still photography for publications, taking pictures for teaching, academic service photography various activities of the university and provides advanced practice services for information science program students, divided into 3 tasks:

1. Video Production
2. Sound production
3. Artwork

5. Engineering Technical Division

It is responsible for planning, preparing, and implementing the development of operating systems to provide advanced practical training services for students. Organize technical operations and control and use of media production equipment. Procurement, development, and maintenance of media production equipment to be effective and supervise educational television systems. Media resource management system classroom teaching recording system. Closed-circuit television system for teaching radio broadcasting techniques including the production of integrated electronic media and providing two-way communication services through the screen, divided into 4 tasks:

1. Develop operating system
2. Technique and maintenance
3. Television station
4. Integrated electronic media production

6. SUT Press

Responsible for supporting the writing, translation, and editing of textbooks teaching materials, and other types of publications for the dissemination of academic works of the university. as well as supporting the university’s mission in producing educational publications with quality and fair prices, divided into 2 tasks:

1. Academic
2. Marketing

7. Innovation Development Division

Responsible for planning, designing, and developing innovations in equipment and teaching support applications. Academic service and university activities including providing specialized media production services, are divided into 2 works:

1. Education innovation development
2. Production of specialized media
