SATISFACTION MISSION-BASED SERVICES

The Center for Educational Innovation and Technology has given importance to participation in service development by conducting service recipient satisfaction assessments to improve the assessment results in various areas of mission development. Comprehensive service assessment in all aspects of the mission. The Center for Educational Innovation and Technology has assessed the Satisfaction of service recipients towards various services by using the developed online assessment form (https://ceit.sut.ac.th/questionnaire/qn/)

The results of the satisfaction assessment of the service recipients towards the services of The Center for Educational Innovation and Technology in all 4 areas are as follows:
1) Services provided by officials
2) Steps of services
3) Punctuality of service
4) Quality of services
From a total of 223 respondents, the service recipients were satisfied, and the average is at the highest level

From a total of 241 respondents, the service recipients were satisfied at the highest level in all aspects, and the overall satisfaction level of providing service recipients was satisfied with the service at the highest level.
